Outdoor Kitchens
Outdoor kitchens are a great place for concrete with integrated space for all of your equipment.
Integrated Sinks and Drop Faces
A custom bathroom countertop with integrated sink is the perfect place for the versatility of concrete. Sinks can take on any shape and size from ulta-shallow modern to soft curves to more traditional rectangle. Adding a drop face to your countertop can show as thick of a profile edge as you like. You’re no longer stuck with the 1 - 3 cm of natural stone. 6” drop face, 8” drop face, whatever size you like - it’s not a problem with concrete.
Waterfall Edge
A waterfall edge extends the countertop down the side of the cabinet bringing the concrete out of the horizontal plane and into the vertical. This feature allows more of the surface of the concrete to be seen and adds a boldness to your design.
Cast in Place
While most of our projects are precast (poured in a custom mold at our shop), we can do cast in place. Cast in place is usually reserved for commercial spaces and new construction due to the mess created during pour, processing, and sealing. Cast in place does not have the same “near perfection” look of precast concrete. It tends to have a more traditional “industrial” look that works great in certain settings.
Terrazzo
If you’re looking for something with a little more variety terrazzo can be a great way to add color and natural variation to your finish. We offer traditional glass and custom aggregate terrazzo. Find a stone you like, want it in your kitchen, we can do it.
